Anthony Sardon begins his fourth season as an assistant coach for the Seattle University men's soccer team. This is Sardon's ninth season with the Redhawk program, having played on the team from 2001 to 2005.

A member of the 2004 NCAA Division II National Championship squad, Sardon has helped SU achieve an 111-30-6 record (.776) as both a player and an assistant coach. During his time as a player, Sardon helped the Redhawks to four consecutive GNAC conference titles, playing as a defender for SU.

Besides his experience over the past two seasons with the Redhawks, Sardon coaches the HPC club team and has also served as an assistant coach at Eastside Catholic High School in Bellevue, Wash. Originally from Sacramento, Calif., Sardon was a top player at Jesuit High School in Carmichael, Calif. He has kept the pipeline from Jesuit High to Seattle University open, as three players on the 2009 Redhawk roster are graduates of Jesuit High School. Sardon received his bachelor's degree in marketing and is presently enrolled in Seattle University's Master of Sports Administration and Leadership program.
