SEATTLE – Seattle University men’s soccer has earned the three seed in the 2018 Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Tournament. On Wednesday, the Redhawks will face sixth-seeded San Jose State in the first round of the tournament, which will be held at Championship Field.

SU finished the regular season with a 2-1 win at SJSU on Friday night. It has won three straight entering the postseason. The Redhawks have won the WAC Tournament title in 2013, 2015, and 2017.

Air Force, as regular-season champion, claimed a first-round bye. Second-seeded UTRGV will take on UNLV, the seven seed. In the other first-round contest, Utah Valley and Grand Canyon will square off.

The WAC Tournament begins on Wednesday with three games. The semifinals will be held on Friday, with the final on Sunday afternoon.
