SEATTLE – (Nov. 2) Seattle University women’s basketball hosts Central Washington for an exhibition game on Saturday, Nov. 4. Admission is free for the 4 p.m. contest at the Connolly Complex.

Coach Suzy Barcomb enters her second season as SU’s head coach. She took the Redhawks to a second-place finish in the Western Athletic Conference and an appearance in the WNIT last year. Senior Alexis Montgomery is the WAC Preseason Player of the Year after leading the team in points, rebounds, and assists last season.

Central Washington went 15-15 last season. It returns a strong cast, led by Jasmin Edwards and Taylor Baird, who were both Preseason All-GNAC selections for the Wildcats.

The Redhawks open the regular season on Friday, Nov. 10, as Idaho State visits the Connolly Complex.
