COMPLETE RESULTS | 2017-18 SCHEDULE

PORTLAND, Ore. – (Oct. 30) Seattle University rowing opened the 2017-18 season at the Portland Fall Classic, racing three boats on the Willamette River.

The Redhawks' novice 8+ earned a big win in their race, besting Portland by nearly a minute on the 5000 meter course.

Seattle U's varsity 8+ had a solid first outing, finishing third to Oregon State and Portland in a time of 20:16.727. The Redhawks' varsity 4+ took fourth in a close finish with Portland. Seattle U's time was 23:50.451 on the 5000 meter course.

The Redhawks return to action on Sunday, Nov. 5, competing in the Head of the Lake on Lake Washington. A full schedule of events can be found here.
