SEATTLE - (Apr. 20) Seattle U returns home to after an eight-game road trip for a three-game Western Athletic Conference series against Sacramento State. The series is set to kick off at Bannerwood Park on Friday at 5:00 p.m. Saturday’s game will start at 2:00 p.m. followed by the series finale at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday. Saturday’s game will be available to watch on the WAC Digital Network while Friday and Sunday will be streamed through goseattleu.com.

• Seattle U enters the series coming off of losses in three of its last four games, losing two out of three to UTRGV and then taking a 9-4 loss to Washington State to bring their record to 12-22-1 and 4-8 in WAC play.
• The Redhawks played a double header on the first day of the UTRGV series, going to 12 innings in the first game before losing. They came back and won the second game and dropped the third after their ninth inning rally fell short.
• In the series against UTRGV, Jack Reisinger batted 6-11 with three RBIs raising his batting average to .374.
• Austin Lively went 6-14 in the series to bring his batting average to a team leading .384, good for the fourth best average in the WAC.
• Aaron Stroosma leads the team with five home runs and 30 RBIs.
• Seattle U ranks third in the WAC in slugging percentage, on-base percentage, runs scored, and RBIs.
• Seattle U had been aggressive on the base paths this season racking up 49 attempts, second in the WAC.

The Redhawks have an all time record of 8-12 against Sacramento State. They won three out of four games against the Hornets last season.

• The Hornets are coming off a series against San Francisco in which they lost two out of the three games, brining their record to 18-19 and 4-8 in the WAC.
• They are batting .255 as a team, led by Ian Dawkins who has a .327 average.
• First baseman Vinny Esposito leads the team with seven home runs and outfielder James Outman leads the team with 30 RBIs.
