OREM, Utah - Seattle University men's soccer dropped a 2-0 decision at Utah Valley Thursday night. The Redhawks fell to 10-5-0 overall and 5-3-0 in Western Athletic Conference (WAC) play.

The hosts controlled the first half, maintaining possession and eventually scoring the first goal of the night midway through the first. Declan McGlynn hit the crossbar early in the frame, but the Wolverines held off all other SU challenges.

Seattle U looked stronger in the second half, outshooting its foe, 11-4. However, UVU found an insurance goal and pushed on for a 2-0 victory.

SU heads to No. 15 Air Force for another key conference match on Saturday. Kickoff is slated for 5 p.m. Pacific at Air Force.
