2009-10: Burrell started 30 of Seattle's 31 games and led the team averaging 28.6 minutes per game. He was second on the team in scoring, averaging 11.4 points per game and led with 108 assists and a .455 three-point percentage. Burrell ended the season strong, earning 18 points in both of Seattle's last two games, tying the season-high set against rival Washington. He earned 10 or more points in 20 games over the season.

JC: Burrell helped lead Yuba College to the 2nd round of the playoffs, averaging 15 points and 7 assists per game for the season. He set the school record for assists in a game with 22, and was named to the All-State team.

High School: Burrell played varsity basketball for the Sacramento High School Dragons, where he made First Team All-Conference in each of his last two seasons. His team made it to the Northern California playoffs each year.

Personal: Born on December 2, 1989, Burrell is the son of Andrea and Ramon Burrell. In his free time Burrell enjoys playing more basketball. The player he most emulates is Tony Parker. Sociology major.
