2017 Outdoor: At OSU High Performance, finished 12th in the 200 with a time of 22.85 ... At Bryan Clay, finished the 100 with an outdoor personal recod time of 11.26 ... At WAR X, finished 3rd in the 200 with an outdoor personal record time of 22.58.

2017 Indoor: At the WAC Championships, finished the 60 with a personal record time (and new Guam National Record) of 7.11 ... Also at the WAC Championships, finished the 200 with a new Guam National Record time of 22.67 ... Also at the WAC Championships, was on the 4x400 relay team that finished fifth with a time of 3:27.60 ... At the UW Open, first broke the Guam National Record in the 60 with a time of 7.15.

CLUB & NATIONAL TEAM EXPERIENCE: Perez competed on the Koko Track Club, the Guam National Track & Field Team, and the Christ Life Track Club. Perez was nominated to represent Team Guam at the 2016 Rio Olympics. He also saw post-season competition in the Guam National Track and Field 2014 Championship Meet and the Oceania 2014 Area Championships held in Rarotonga, Cook Islands. At the 2014 Guam National T&F Championships, Perez took home gold in the 400m, silver in the 200m, and bronze in the 100m. At the 2014 Oceania Area Championships, Perez took home bronze with his teammates in the 4x400m relay.

PERSONAL: Bleu Michael Almogela Perez comes to Seattle U from Pierce College to compete on the track and field team, as well as pursue career aspirations of becoming a physical therapist and an Olympian. Athletics runs in the family, as Perez's sister, Ayshalynn Perez, competes in triathlons and marathons. At Father Duenas Memorial School in Mangilao, Guam, Perez was a letter-winner for all four years on the varsity cross country and track teams. As a sprinter, Perez is the 200m and 400m record-holder at his high school, and was an All-Island Finalist in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and relays. His high school personal bests are: 100m (11.84), 200m (23.94), 400m (53.99). Perez was honored as the MVP of his high school team. He also achieved Third Academic Honors. Perez is a sports and exercise science major.
