SEATTLE – (May 17) After making its last road trip of the season, Seattle U baseball returns home for the final series of the regular season against Western Athletic Conference opponent Utah Valley. The three-game series kicks off on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at Bannerwood Park. Friday's senior night game will also start at 5:00 p.m. and the regular-season finale will be on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. at Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood, Wash.

Seattle U's senior class of Griffin Andreychuk, Connor Moore, Aaron Stroosma and Student Assistant Nelson Taylor will be honored in a brief ceremony prior to Friday night's first pitch. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m.

As part of Friday night's senior celebration, and for those unable to attend the game in Bellevue, there will be a special extended pregame audio show on goseattleu.com. Jake Eastman, the Voice of the Redhawks, will share some memorable moments and calls from the past three years while also replaying favorite player and coach interviews. Tune in at 4 p.m. and then watch the game starting at 5 p.m. on the WAC Digital Network.

• The Redhawks dropped two out of three games in their series against CSU Bakersfield, sending them into the final series of the season in a four-way tie for seventh place in the WAC, with a conference record of 7-14.
• Removing Grand Canyon from the equation as the Lopes are not postseason eligible, the Redhawks must remain in the top six in the WAC standings in order to be eligible for the conference tournament next week in Mesa, Ariz.
• Four-year starting shortstop Griffin Andreychuk tied the program record with his 212th career hit at CSU Bakersfield, and needs just one to set the record against Utah Valley. He has 113 RBIs as a Redhawks, leaving him one shy of tying the program record.
• Freshman Austin Lively has been Seattle U's most consistent hitter all season, leading the team with a .353 batting average and a .426 on-base percentage. His batting average is sixth best in the conference.
• Aaron Stroosma leads the team with five home runs and 37 RBIs. He also leads the conference with 16 stolen bases.
• As a team the Redhawks are hitting .271 on the season.
• The pitching staff is led by Jake Prizina who has an ERA of 4.11 and has pitched 87.2 innings and struck out 57 batters. His innings pitched are the second most in the conference.
• Tyler Oldenberg has been the best pitcher out of the bullpen, making 18 appearances with an ERA of 3.67. He has also made his way into the starting rotation as of late.
• The team has a collective 5.82 ERA.

The Redhawks have an all-time record of 10-7 against the Wolverines. They took two out of three games last season at Utah Valley. They lost the first 8-9, before winning the last two, 5-3, and 1-0.

The Wolverines are 16-33 with a conference record of 9-12, sitting just above the Redhawks in the standings.
• They are coming off of a stretch in which they have lost eight of their last nine games.
• They have a team batting averge of .267, led by Trevor Peterson who is batting .350 with three home runs and 19 RBIs.
• Jackson Overlund has also swung the bat well, batting .335 with six home runs and 34 RBIs.
• They have two other players with at least 30 runs batted in, Jake Berry (30) and Zac Willis (32).
• Patrick Wolfe leads the team with a 2.39 ERA in 20 appearances out of the bullpen.
• As a team, the Wolverines have a 7.38 ERA, last in the conference.
