SEATTLE - Seattle University cross country heads to Colfax, Wash., for the 2019 West Region Preview on Friday. The women will compete in the 6k race at 5:15 p.m., with the men set for a 5:45 p.m. start on their 8k course.
"Both teams ready to hit the road after two solid weeks of training," said Coach Kelly Sullivan. "We are taking the entire team with us even if they are not competing. We wanted everyone to preview the West Regional course and have some bonding time as a team. WSU does a great job hosting events and the field for both men and women is exactly what we need at this time of the season."
Both the women and men will face competition from Eastern Washington, Gonzaga, Idaho, Loyola Marymount, Portland State, Spokane Community College, Walla Walla University, Washington State, and Whitworth on Friday.
