PHOENIX – Seattle U women’s golf kicks off their spring season tomorrow at the two-day GCU Invitational, held at the Grand Canyon University Golf Course in Phoenix. Tee times will begin at 7:00 AM PT on both days.
In this first tournament, Seattle U will compete against 20 other teams. The field includes California Baptist, Cal State Bakersfield, Cal State Northridge, Creighton, Eastern Washington, Grand Canyon, Hawaii, Lamar, McNeese State, Montana State, North Dakota State, Northern Arizona, Northern Colorado, Portland State, Seattle U, South Dakota State, Southern Utah, Toledo, UC Riverside and Utah Valley.
“I’m feeling confident about the overall depth of our program and the effort that our players have put into their golf during the offseason,” said Head Coach Marc Chandonnet. “We are incredibly excited to kick off the spring season. I am sure that our individual conversations and preparations will have an impact on our play.”
