"We had some things going today," said Coach Craig Nisgor. "The 400 relay was really solid. I know they were tired after a tough weekend and everyone got behind each other and got loud. That really gives us momentum going into this training period coming up."
Gorman won the 200 freestyle with a 1:58.81 time. Jayna Van Stone placed third with a 2:00.32 showing.
Plamondon grabbed gold in the 100 freestyle, touching in 53.80 to win. Sarah Carr was second in the event.
The 400 freestyle relay of Gorman, Carr, Van Stone, and Plamondon teamed up to take gold. They swam a 3:38.04 to top the field Saturday.
In the 50 freestyle, Plamondon finished in 24.69 seconds, just .07 off first.
Carr, a freshman, notched a 2:12.33 in the 200 IM, claiming second Saturday.
Van Stone notched a 2:12.94 in the 200 backstroke, placing third.
