SEATTLE - Seattle University men’s and women’s tennis head coach Adam Reeb will not be returning to his position in 2018-19, having accepted the head coaching position at Colby College in Waterville, Maine.

In his three years at Seattle U, Reeb collected over 60 wins between the men’s and women’s programs. The women advanced to the Western Athletic Conference Tournament semifinals in all three of those years, with the men joining them in 2016. Both teams also received the 2017 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division I Northwest Region Community Service Award.

“Adam has been a strong leader for the tennis program,” said Director of Athletics Shaney Fink. “He has advanced the program competitively, serving as a champion of community engagement and supporting students’ academic efforts. We will miss him but are also excited for this opportunity for him and his family.”

Assistant Coach Chris Borden will take over interim coaching duties for both teams. A national search for a new head coach is underway.
