SEATTLE – (Jan. 16) Get primed for the 2018 Seattle University baseball season by attending Meet the Redhawks on Friday, Feb. 2 at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront. All proceeds from the annual event benefit the Redhawks' baseball program.
The evening begins at 5 p.m. with a silent auction. A VIP reception begins at 5:30 p.m., while dinner and a live auction will begin at 7 p.m. Special guests at the event will include Steve Souza of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Brent Lillebridge, former MLB player, Eric Yardley, '13 and Johnny O'Brien, '53.
At the dinner and auction, the Redhawks will share their story since the rebirth of baseball at Seattle U, from recruiting the first player to winning the 2016 Western Athletic Conference Championship. Attendees will receive an in-depth look at how far the program has come with the support of donors, and where the Redhawks plan to go in the next 10 years. The 2018 team will be introduced and our seniors will be honored.
Individual tickets are $75 while a VIP ticket, which includes admission to the VIP reception is $150. Also available are full table ticket packages, which include the opportunity to have a member of the Seattle U baseball team seated at the table.
