SAMMAMISH, Wash. – (May 16) Seattle University men's golf dropped seven strokes off its team score in round two of the NCAA Washington Regional Tuesday at Aldarra Golf Club in Sammamish, Wash., but remain in 13th overall in the field.

After carding a team score of 305 on Monday, the Redhaws shot 14-over-par 298 on Tuesday in a round that was hampered by rain delays throughout the morning.

Joe Harvie was solid for a second straight day, carding a two-over 73 and remaining in a tie for 27th overall in the field.

Freshman Zack Overstreet matched Harvie's the low round of the day for SU, carding a two-over 73. He had four birdies in the round, but also carded a pair of bogeys and two double bogeys. Overstreet moved up 14 spots on the day and is now tied for 43rd overall.

Senior Patrick Sato shot a three-over 74, including an even-par final nine holes. The junior is now tied for 49th overall.

Senior Kyle Cornett shot a seven-over 78 for a second straight round and freshman Greg Gionfriddo carded a 10-over 81.

The Redhawks conclude play at the NCAA Regional Wednesday. Players are scheduled to tee off between 9:20-10:04 a.m.
