M. Soccer Staff Bio
Jeff Koch returned as a Seattle U assistant/goalkeeper coach, along with head coach Pete Fewing, in 2012. He enters his 23rd season overall at SU. Koch played at the University of Washington, graduating in 1989. He was a regional All-American selection and a team captain at UW. Prior to that, Koch played at Bellevue Community College, helping his team win a pair of NWACC titles. He also played in the Western Soccer Alliance for FC Seattle from 1985-1989.
At Seattle U, Koch has helped the Redhawks establish themselves as one of the top programs in the region. SU won the WAC in 2015 and advanced to the NCAA Sweet 16, beating UCLA in the first NCAA Division I Tournament game hosted at Championship Field. Entering the 2017 season, Seattle U held the nation's longest active home winning streak (16 games).
