Seattle University women’s tennis faced Southern Utah in their final regular season match of the year, falling, 5-2, to the Thunderbirds.

Southern Utah earned victories at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles, clinching the point, before Seattle U won at No. 3 doubles by default.

The Thunderbirds would grab four more singles wins before Sarah Lucas (Las Vegas, Nev.) defeated Sarah Lundin in the No. 5 spot, 6-0, 6-0, and Corinne Wurden (Poulsbo, Wash.) won at No. 6 by default.

The Redhawks close out the spring dual season and will prepare for the Western Athletic Conference tournament from Apr. 25-27 in Las Cruces, N.M.
