2016-17: Swam fourth-best 200 breaststroke time in school history at WAC Championships (Feb. 25), tallying a 2:01.86.
2015-16: Recorded a 4:00.16 in the 200 IM at WAC Championships (Feb. 26), the fourth-fastest time in program history...notched eighth-best 100 breaststroke effort in school history, swimming a 57.09 at WAC Championships (Feb. 24).
2014-15: At WAC Championships 2/25-2/28, posted season-best time in 200 individual medley of 1:54.79 ... finished 13th in 400 individual medley final with time of 4:02.02 after preliminary time of 4:03.42 ... finished 17th overall in 200 breaststroke final in 2:04.52 after preliminary time of 2:05.00.
2013-14: At WAC Championships, finished 31st in 200 individual medley in 1:56.13 ... qualified for "B" final in 400 individual medley with preliminary time of 4:08.96, then finished sixth in his race and 14th overall in the event with evening mark of 4:06.05 ... qualified for "C" final in 200 breaststroke with preliminary time of 2:06.29, then finished fourth in his race and 20th overall with evening mark of 2:06.21 ... in 100 breaststroke time trial, posted mark of 58.47 seconds.
At Husky Invitational Dec. 6-8, finished 20th overall in 100 breaststroke in 59.87 seconds after preliminary time of 1:00.12 ... posted time of 2:07.03 in 200 breaststroke ... swam second leg of 400 freestyle relay with split of 50.69 seconds.
On Oct. 19 versus CSUB versus GCU, swam 100 breaststroke in 1:01.13 ... finished second in 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:09.15 ... swam 200 IM in 2:01.01 ... swam second leg in 200 medley relay with a total relay time of 1:38.83
High School: Webb swam on the Hood River Valley High School men's swim team for four years, specializing in the breaststroke and the individual medley. He made a state finals race all four years, and he was named a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American in 2012 and 2013 and Oregon Swimming Top 5 2008-2012 in addition to a January 2012 Hood River Valley High School Athlete of the Month award.
Club: Webb swam on the Hood River Valley Swim Team, having been a member of the club since 2004. With the club, he qualified for Junior Nationals in 2011 and 2012 and won the state championship in the 200 breaststroke in 2010. He was the club's Most Inspirational Athlete in 2011-12 as well.
Personal: Webb's parents are Greg and Renee Webb, and he has a younger sister named Kylie. His father Greg played baseball at Oregon State, and his grandfather Richard played baseball and football at Pacific University in Oregon. Webb is majoring in mechanical engineering.
