TICKET OFFICE HOURS
The Seattle University Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and is located in the Connolly Center. Walk-ins to the Athletic Ticket Office are welcome and encouraged.
AWAY GAMES TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets for away games can be purchased through the opposing school. Generally, Seattle U will not have tickets available. In the event Seattle U has tickets available for purchase for an away game, they will first be made available to season ticket holders and sold through the Athletic Ticket Office.
SEAT UPGRADES
To request a change in seat location, please make this request in writing on the season ticket order form. Seat upgrades will be based on availability. Please keep the following points in mind when requesting upgrades:
1. Upgrades are based on current fans releasing their seats. Attrition is low as you get closer to the center or lower.
2. Each year you must submit a request for seat upgrades. Requests are not carried over from year to year.
3. Please make requests as specific as possible.
4. If you are part of a friend's season ticket account, we encourage you to separate your tickets to individual accounts.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.
REDHAWK STUDENT TICKET POLICY
All Seattle University Students are admitted free to all Women's Basketball games at Connolly Center and KeyArena with a valid SU I.D. Student seating for Seattle University Women's Basketball games at KeyArena is located in Section 107 and is General Admission and student seating at the Connolly Center is General Admission.
