2009-10 Track & Field: At Oregon Preview, competed in 100 Meter Dash, placed seventh with a time of 13.07 ... 4 x 100 Meter Relay, team placed eighth with a time of 51.00

2010 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in the Great West Conference Championships in SOuth Dakota, finishing fifteenth overall with a time fo 8.33 and finshed eighteenth overall in the 200 meter dash preliminaries with a time of 28.55.

2009 Indoor Track: Alyssa competed in the 200m in 27.87, the 400m in 65.60, and the women's 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:08.75.

St. Mary's HS: Alyssa was a five time letter winner for the Knights, winning three in track, one in cross country, and one in swimming. She also played basketball and softball during her time at St. Mary's. Alyssa was all-region in 2007 and 2008, and went on to compete in the Arizona State Meet both years. In 2008 she placed sixth in the 100m and third in the 200m at the 5A1 State Meet. She holds seven school records (100m-12.5, 200m- 25.4, 400m-58.3, 800m-2:25, 4x100 relay, and 4x400 relay) and was the first female to place at the state track meet.

Personal: Alyssa plans to major in Psychology at Seattle University. She is originallly from Tempe, Ariz.
