2007: Kwesele appeared in 18 matches for the Redhawks, including 11 starts, during the season. He earned an assist in Seattle's 2-1 victory at Sonoma State on Aug. 26. Kwesele was credited with three shots during the season. For his top performance in the classroom, he earned Academic All-GNAC honors. 

2006: After joining the program right at the beginning of the season, Kwesele appeared in eight matches, including five starts. He picked up an assist in Seattle's 4-0 victory over Simon Fraser on Sept. 23. He finished the season with five shots, including three shots on goal.

2005 (Santa Clara): Appeared in three matches in 2005 ... saw his first action vs. Portland on Oct. 14, entered the match in the 83rd minute and scored just four minutes later ... also played at home against Gonzaga and San Francisco.

Seattle Prep: Kwesele played for coaches Dick Sandstrom and Andy Hendricks ... led high school team to state quarterfinals twice, as a sophomore and senior ... named team's Most Inspirational Player as a senior ... an All-Metro and All-District selection twice ... scored the game-winning penalty kick against rivals O'Dea High School in the 3A Sea-King District playoffs ... led club team to the Wash. state quarterfinals ... played on the state ODP team and participated in the regional ODP camp twice.

Personal: Born March 14, 1986 in Mufulira, Zambia, Mutanda is the son of Kimpinde and Theresa Kwesele. He is majoring in psychology.
