The strength, speed and conditioning staff is dedicated to developing dynamic, competition-ready athleticism, focusing on explosive power, speed and agility. Emphasis is placed on proper motor development and movement quality, as well as the optimal utlization of energy systems. The Strength, Speed and Conditioning staff collaborates closely with Sports Medicine and Student Services to ensure holistic development of student-athletes and the estabishment of health life habits, including performance training, nutrition, and proper sleep and recovery.
