STOCKTON, Calif. – Freshman Gabe Spach led Seattle University men's golf in its final fall tournament of 2017, placing in a tie for 23rd overall at the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational, which ran Oct. 26-28 at The Reserve at Spanos Park in Stockton, Calif.

The rookie shot a six-under-par 66 in his final round to finish with a two-under par 214 (72-76-66). Sophomore Zack Overstreet finished with a one-over 217 (72-76-69) to tie for 37th overall.

Greg Gionfriddo tied for 61st at five-over-par 221 (73-77-71), Joe Harvie tied for 86th at 10-over 226 (73-72-81) and Nick Baker was 107th at 21-over 237 (81-81-75).

The Redhawks took 14th overall in the field of 20 teams.

Seattle U returns to action January 29-30 at the Waves Challenge, hosted by Pepperdine at Saticoy Country Club in Ventura County, Calif.
