Academic All-WAC... at the Oregon State High Performance meet, had the WAC’s fourth-best time of the year in the 3k steeplechase (66th-best in DI) with a time of 9:07.26… had a time of 9:14.17 in the 3k steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays… ran the 3k steeplechase in 9:07.54 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.
2019 Indoor: Second Team All-WAC... Academic All-WAC… with the distance relay team, won the bronze medal with a time of 10:23.33 and placed fourth with a 3k time of 8:36.94 at the WAC Indoor Track and Field Championships… had the WAC’s fourth-best 2019 indoor 3k run with a personal-best 8:21.97 at the Last Chance College Elite… had a time of 8:28.87 in the 3k run at the Husky Classic… at the UW Invitational, ran the mile in 4:17.67 for the WAC’s 13th-best 2019 mark and a personal record… had a time of 8:25.11 in the 3k run at the UW Preview.

WAC Men’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week (Oct. 8-14)… ran the 10k in 32.19.30 at the NCAA West Regional Cross Country Championships… placed seventh at the WAC Cross Country Championships with an 8k time of 24:34.00… beat his PR by over 40 seconds with an 8k time of 24:17.50 at the Bronco Invitational… ran the 8k in 26:49.20 at the Dellinger Invitational.
2018 Outdoor: Seattle U Male Student-Athlete of the Year… Most Outstanding Male team award-winner… placed fourth overall in the 800m race with a time of 1:57.06 at the Lewis and Clark Spring Break Open… finished fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Western Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:36.66… broke his own school record at the Oregon State University High Performance Meet, running a 3000m steeplechase time of 9:06.69 and placing second overall… took first place in the 3000m steeplechase at the Jay Hammer Invitational, setting a school record with a time of 9:19.

High School: Boudouris won the district cross country title in 2013 and 2014, and he helped Grant High School finish in sixth place at the state cross country championships in both 2013 and 2014. The cross country team MVP in 2014, he would go on to win the track and field district title in the 3000 meter run in 2015 with a time of 8:48.
Personal: Boudouris is the youngest son of Abby and Dean Boudouris, and he has an older brother named Abe. Boudouris's hobbies include juggling and riding his unicycle.
