2016-17: Set three individual school records at WAC Championships, along with a relay record...earned CSCAA Scholar All-American honors...broke program record in 100 backstroke at WAC Championships (56.91)...her 1:58.82 in the 200 backstroke set a new SU record at WAC Championships...set school record in 500 freestyle at WAC Championships (4:54.87)...clocked fourth-best 1650 freestyle time in SU history with a 17:37.80 showing on December 4...ninth-fastest time in program history in 200 freestyle (1:54.46) on December 3...led off school-record-setting 400 medley relay squad at WAC Championships (3:44.35)...member of second-fastest 800 freestyle relay team in school history, as the group swam a 7:27.30 at WAC Championships...WAC All-Academic.

2014-15: Set school record in 1000 freestyle at Sectional Meet on March 11 (10:21.61) and in 200 backstroke at Husky Invitational on December 7 (2:02.67) ... Anchored 800 freestyle relay that set school record and finished third at WAC Championships on February 25 with time of 7:25.20 ... Finished sixth in 500 freestyle with time of 4:59.44 after preliminary time of 4:59.64 ... Also finished sixth in 200 backstroke in 2:03.15 after preliminary time of 2:02.74 ... Posted season-best time of 1:55.49 in 200 freestyle...WAC All-Academic.
High School: Lydig graduated from Mead High School, where she was president of the German club and a member of the National Honor Society.
Club: Lydig was a member of the Spokane Waves Aquatic Team for 12 years, reaching the finals of the Western Zone championships in five of the past six years as well as appearances at the NSCA Junior Nationals and the Speedo Winter Junior Nationals in 2012.
Personal: Lydig is the youngest daughter of Doug and Toni Lydig, and she has an older sister named Hayley. She is a nursing major.
