2012-13: At MPSF Championships Feb. 20-23, swam second leg of 800 yard free relay in 1:41.78 (relay time 6:52.93) ... swam 500 yard freestyle in 4:35.87 ...  swam 200 yard freestyle in 1:41.96 ... swam 1650 free in 16:18.54.

At Simon Fraser Feb. 2, took third in 800 meter freestyle with a time of 9:10.82 ... swam 400 meter freestyle in 4:30.51.

On Jan. 18-19, Connors swam 1000 yard freestyle in 10:29.43 ... swam 200 yard backstroke in 2:09.18 ... anchored the 200 yard freestyle relay in 22:51 (relay time 1:30.98) ... took seventh in 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 10:30.54 ... and swam 500 ayrd freestyle in 5:14.34

Versus Whitworth on Jan. 12, Connors placed second in 1000 yard freestyle wtith time of 9:55.62 ... took fourth in 500 yard freestyle with mark of 5:02.80 ... swam third leg of 400 yard freestyle relay in 50.23 (relay time 3:25.58).On Nov. 30 to Dec. 2 in the Husky Invitational, Connors swam the 200 yard Backstroke in 1:58.50, finishing 43rd ... anchored the 1650 yard Freestyle in 16.33.92, taking 22nd ... took the 100 yard Backstroke in 53.69, finishing 46th ... swam the 200 yard Freestyle preliminaries in 1:44.76, placing 45th ... finished the 800 yard Freestyle Relay in 7:10.70, taking 19th.

Versus Pacific Lutheran on Jan. 11, Connors won 1000 yard freestyle in 10:03.74 ... placed second in 200 yard backstroke with mark of 2:04.10 ... took third in 200 yard individual medley with time of 2:05.75.

Versus British Columbia Nov. 17, Connors swam the 1000 yard Freestyle in 10:03.64, finishing fifth ... swam the 500 yard Freestyle with a time of 5:01.00, taking seventh.

Versus Simon Fraser Nov. 10, Connors swam the 200 yard IM in 1:59.13, finishing third ... finished the 200 yard Backstroke with a time of 1:58.33, took fourth place ... anchored 400 yard Freestyle Relay, swimming a leg of 49.13 (relay time of 3:13.73).

At CSU Bakersfield Oct. 20, Connors swam the 1000 yard Freestyle in 10:05.43 and took sixth place ... swam the 500 yard Freestyle in 4:54.49 and ranked eighth ... finished the 200 yard IM in 2:04.52 and took eighth place.

High School: Connors was a four-year varsity swimmer for Richland High School. He qualified for the state championship meet all four years, each year making at least one final. He helped lead the Bombers to an undefeated 2010-11 season and three district championships. He was named First Team All-State in 2012 and First Team All-Conference from 2010 to 2012.  In 2012 he was named Team Captain, Scholar Athlete, and MVP, and he won the Coaches Award in 2011.  Connors set a school record in the 200 and 500 meter freestyle and won the state championship in the 500m free in 2012. He was also the Senior Class Treasurer and a member of the Executive Council, Honor Roll, and the Knitting Club.

Club Experience: Connors swam for the Tri-City Channel Cats for nine years. He was a senior sectional qualifier from 2009 to 2012 and qualified for the NCSA Junior Nationals in 2011 and 2012. He was named Team Captain in 2012 as well.

Personal: Full name Christopher Nicholas Connors. Parents are Bart and Christian Connors, and he has a younger brother named Will. Connors is currently undecided on a major. He enjoys coaching summer swim teams and teaching summer swimming classes to children.
