2012: Saw action as a sub in five-set match at Utah State (9/20) ... tallied four kills and three blocks in time as a sub against Alabama State (9/1) ... saw time off bench in five-set victory against Weber State (8/31) ... earned one kill and one block in first collegiate action as sub at Wyoming (8/25)

High School: Rachel was a four-year starter at Bishop Amat High School, helping the Lancers make the playoffs in three straight seasons (2009, 2010, and 2011). She was a Second Team All-League honoree as well as winning the Coaches Award in 2011.

Club: Rachel played for Club West from 2007 to 2012, including a year as team captain in 2011. She helped her squad reach Junior Nationals in 2009, 2011, and 2012.

Personal: Rachel is the daughter of Robert and Dione Seals, and she has an older brother, Brent, who is a member of the football team at Stanford. Born October 10, 1993, she is majoring in nursing.
