Kamiakin High School: Anderson was a three year varsity starter for the Braves.  He was named All-Conference Pitcher of the Year in both 2010 and 2011 and also made First Team All-State those two years.  In addition, he was second team all-conference in 2009.   Anderson was named the team's Most Valuable Defensive Player in both 2010 and 2011 and helped lead the school to fourth place at state in 2011.  He pitched two no-hitters in high school and holds a 30-2 overall record, along with a perfect 20-0 in regular season play.  He once notched 13 strikeouts in one game.  Anderson also started for three years on the basketball team, earning all-conference honorable mention all three years and setting the school's career rebounding record.  In the classroom, Anderson was a National Honor Society member and given the AP Scholar with Distinction award.

Club Experience: Anderson played for the Twin-City Titans from 2009 to 2011.  In 2011 he helped the Titans win three tournaments including the Brandy Pugh Classic, one of the toughest tournaments in the region.

Personal: Full name Garrett Burton Anderson.  His parents are Lisa and Tim Anderson.  He is majoring in civil engineering with an environmental engineering specialization and wants to work in that field after school.
