Lewis and Clark High School: Arguinchona ran cross country four years for the Tigers and participated in track three years, earning seven athletic letters. He finished 24th at the state cross country meet in 2011 and was given the NECA/IBEW greater Spokane League Student-Athlete award in fall 2010. He was also on the honor roll and was an AP Scholar with Honor.
Club Experience: Arguinchona ran for Central Spokane XC and helped the team place 15th at the 2010 Nike Cross Nationals. He finished 29th at the Nike Cross Regionals and posted personal records in the 1600 meter run and 3200 run with times of 4:25.83 and 9:22.77, respectively, at the Nike meet.
Personal: Full name is Baxter Michael Arguinchona. His parents are Christa and Patrick Arguinchona and he has 15 year-old brother named Devin and 12 year-old sister named Elise. Arguinchona plans on majoring in biology.
