2009-10: Broussard started 30 of Seattle's 31 games, averaging over 23 minutes per game. He averaged 10.3 points per game, and was second on the team with 5.1 rebounds. He scored 10 or more points in 17 games over the season. Broussard's best came against Portland State, scoring 3 of 4 three-pointers en route to season highs of 21 points and 6 steals.

 

2008-09: Broussard appeared in all 29 of Seattle's games as a freshman averaging 16.3 minutes. He averaged 6.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game. Broussard's accurate shooting (54.1 percent) ranked second on the team. In his only appearance as a starter, Broussard scored a season high 18 points in Seattle's final game of the season at North Dakota on March 8th. He shot 6-for-7 from the field that night, including a perfect 2-for-2 from beyond the arc.

 

Federal Way HS: Broussard was a major part of his basketball team's first-ever trip to the state championship game in 2008. With Broussard on the team, the Eagles went to the league and district playoffs all four years as well as to the state tournament in both 2007 and 2008. An all-league and all-state performer in basketball, he also led the football team to the playoffs in 2006 and 2007 and competed in the league and district track meets in 2008.

 

Personal: Born April 14, 1990, Broussard is the youngest son of Robin and Arnold Broussard. In his free time he enjoys playing video games. The NBA player Broussard most admires is Ray Allen because of his work ethic. Criminal justice major.
