St. Mary's Academy: Rachel's best times are: 13.02 in 100m...27.00 in 200m...16.26 in 100m high hurdle...46.44 in 300m intermediate hurdles...66.74 in 400m intermediate hurdles...48.83 in 4x100m relay...3:56.06 in 4x400m relay. Rachel place third with her teammates in the 4x400 at the 2007 Oregon state meet. She finished 19th in the 400m IH at the 2007 USATF junior national championships. In 2008, she finished ninth in the 300m IH at the Oregon state meet. Rachel was a three time member of the Mount Hood Conference all-league team at St. Mary's.

Personal: Rachel plans to major in civil engineering with a minor in French at Seattle University.
